Birla Evara is a brand-new pre-launch housing project in Bangalore East's Sarjapur neighbourhood.     The Birla Estate is spread out over 25 acres and has homes with one to four bedrooms.     The Birla Evara Floor Plan shows luxury apartments that range in size from 449 to 1630 square feet.   Before it goes on sale, the Birla Evara costs Rs. 15,149 per square foot until May 25, 2025.   The prices at start are better than the prices now.
